§ Mr. Blairasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish in the Official Report a table of public sector housing sales, analysed by sector, for each of the years 1979–80 to 1984–85, giving separate columns for (a) gross proceeds, (b) net proceeds, (c) estimated market value and (d) estimated replacement cost.
§ Sir George YoungThe following tables give estimates of the market value, the selling price and the initial payments received for sales of council houses by English local authorities and new towns. Corresponding information for sales by housing associations is not held centrally by the Department.
