§ Mr. Michael SpicerThe settlement of the Laker liquidator's action clears one hurdle in the way of the privatisation of British Airways. The Government intend that privatisation should take place as soon as possible, but there are legal issues arising out of US anti-trust law still to be resolved before a date can be set.
