HC Deb 26 July 1985 vol 83 c910W
Mr. Frank Field

asked the Attorney-General what special arrangements have been made to notify young people under the age of 25 years who have appealed against a supplementary benefit board and lodging decision about the date of the appeal hearing; what measures have been taken to ensure that appellants receive all appropriate papers; and what is the average time between lodging an appeal and the subsequent hearing by a social security appeal tribunal.

Mr. Whitney

I have been asked to reply. I will write to the hon. Member.
