§ Sir John Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland what bodies have recently been added to those against which complaints may be referred to the Northern Ireland Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration.
§ Mr. HurdNone. The Northern Ireland Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration's jurisdiction covers the Northern Ireland Departments and the Civil Service Commission for Northern Ireland. Complaints against certain local and public bodies are a matter for the Northern Ireland Commissioner for Complaints. I am considering the implications for these arrangements of the Government's proposal, set out in Cmnd. 9563, to extend the jurisdiction of the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration in Great Britain.
