opportunity to raise the issue of nuclear non-proliferation and the nuclear non-proliferation treaty with foreign Governments or Heads of State.
§ The Prime MinisterBoth Foreign and Commonwealth Office Ministers and I have raised nuclear non-proliferation with a wide range of countries. In particular, we have urged many of the countries which have yet to adhere to the non-proliferation treaty to become members.
