§ Mr. RentonThe Contadora Group, comprising Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Venezuela, is attempting to negotiate a comprehensive settlement of regional problems with the five Central American states of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua. No other states participate in their discussions.
