§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsFollowing confirmation of the compulsory purchase orders in respect of the relevant land on 16 July, I am pleased to say that I have now approved the detailed terms under which urban development grant will be payable. This is a further important step forward which opens the way for development work to begin this autumn.
