(2) whether any police officers have been disciplined as a result of police action at Stonehenge on 1 June.
§ Mr. Giles ShawThe present position is that 12 formal complaints relating to police action at Cholderton on 1 June are being investigated by a senior officer from Surrey in accordance with the procedures laid down in part 9 of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984. The Police Complaints Authority has been notified and is supervising the investigation. One further complaint is no longer being pursued by the complainant.
