§ Mr. NewtonWhen the Green Paper was published, we wrote to the Confederation of British Industry, the Institute of Directors, the Association of British Chambers of Commerce and the National Federation of Self Employed and Small Businesses to let them know about the proposals in which employers had a major interest, and that there would be detailed discussions with them about those proposals. Arrangements for these discussions are in hand.
