Mr. Nellist

asked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will list the evidence on which he bases his conclusion that a reduction in young people's wages, relative to adult wages, would create additional new jobs.

asked the Secretary of State for Employment by what percentage young people's wages, for boys and for girls, have fallen relative to adult rates since May 1979.

asked the Secretary of State for Employment what information he has, by region, as to the average level of wages for 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20-yearolds; and what is the level of unemployment for these age groups, by region.
