§ Mr. David MitchellSince the beginning of the year we have received four letters about the future of BREL's Glasgow works, including one from an employee. Also, a group of BR and BREL trade unionists recently raised the matter with me. In each case I explained that this was a matter for management decision by BREL and the British Railways Board.
