§ Mr. ButlerMy Department has issued instructions to TAVR associations concerning the licence arrangements and the safety procedures under which approved civilian rifle and pistol clubs use Territorial Army ranges. Instructions have also been issued to TAVR associations about the charges to be recovered from the clubs for such use.
