§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandThe sale of this product to a person under 16 years of age may constitute an offence under section 18 of the Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937. Whether or not criminal proceedings are appropriate will depend upon the facts and circumstances of individual cases.
