§ Mr. Whitney[pursuant to his reply, 11 July 1985, c 534–5]: The table sets out the information requested on deductions for electricity, as recorded in the annual statistical inquiry for December 1983. Because of the sample size, a reliable breakdown cannot be made in bands over £18 a week.
