§ Mr. YoungerI had hoped that it would be possible to publish the results of our review of private sector improvement policy, in the form of a Green Paper, before the summer recess. There are, however, a number of areas where the distinctive nature of the housing stock has required consideration which has taken rather longer than expected. I shall publish our proposals as soon as possible.
