§ Mr. Georgeasked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) how many countries in the Caribbean received visits by advisory teams and loan personnel or received military assistance in 1984; and if he will name the countries;
(2) if he will list the countries to which the United Kingdom has given military assistance in the last financial year.
§ Mr. StanleyThe list of countries and territories provided with military assistance in 1984–85, either in the form of training by Her Majesty's Armed Forces in the United Kingdom or through members of Her Majesty's Armed Froces serving overseas on loan or secondment, is as follows:

Records of other miscellaneous types of military assistance are not held centrally on a world-wide basis.
