§ Mr. ChannonThe basic regulation and regulation introducing the specimen single document itself were178W approved by the Internal Market Council in December 1984. Subsequent discussions on the implementation provisions are now nearing completion. The form and its associated procedures are to be tested in trials, to take place later this year and early next year, and will be implemented on 1 January 1988.
