§ Mr. YoungerRepresentations have been received from a number of organisations and individuals expressing their views on the proposed reductions in public expenditure on agricultural research and development and advisory services, and in response to my Department's consultation paper "A Strategy for Agricultural Research and Development" on which comments were sought by the end of June.
