§ Mr. John PattenHealth authorities are required to submit capital schemes for departmental approval only if they cost more than £5 million. Detailed information on smaller capital schemes is not therefore held centrally and my hon. Friend may wish to write to the chairman of south east Staffordshire health authority for the figures requested.
