§ Mr. Maxwell-Hyslopasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will make it his policy to seek to buy in enough milk quota to honour supplementary quota without any percentage discount.
§ Mr. MacGregor[pursuant to his reply, 10 July 1985]: I am very conscious that some producers have been hard hit by the cut-back on development awards and am looking at ways of helping them from within the quota presently available. But I can offer no prospect of a further injection of Government funds beyond that already announced to buy up more quota for this purpose.
