§ Sir George YoungIt is not the practice to disclose rates for particular components of Government contracts, but I can say that essentially the sum covers the balance of work to complete the secondary runway, aircraft apron, roads, buildings and services, together with the site482W clearance of temporary facilities when construction ceases and the usual provisions for retention pending the expiry of maintenance periods on work already completed.
