§ Mr. Michael SpicerRepresentative organisations are being invited to give their views on a proposal that Austria and Japan should be added to the list of countries whose licences are exchangeable for British ordinary licences. The proposed order under the Road Traffic (Driving Licences) Act 1983 would come into effect on 1 November 1985.
