§ Mr. MacfarlaneI last met the chairman of the Commonwealth Games Federation for a general discussion about the games, including the 1986 games, on 7 September 1984. My officials keep in regular contact with the secretary of the Federation. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland has close and regular contact with the 1986 games organising committee.
