§ Mr. MellorThe criteria applied are whether the grounds and areas require special protection from dogs and whether adequate alternative areas exist locally for the exercise of dogs. We normally accept the need for a ban in respect of enclosed children's play areas. Careful consideration is given to all representations received from members of the public.
