The Commission has stated that its precautionary measures to prevent disruption of the rapeseed and cereals markets are without prejudice to the Council's final price decisions. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food will be pressing for price decisions to be taken at the Agriculture Council on 15–16 July.
