Mr. John David Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, pursuant to his reply of 1 July, what is the result of the monitoring of the scallop beds adjacent to the Northern Ireland coast since 1 June; and if he is still satisfied that there is no threat to these beds from boats based outside Northern Ireland.
