§ Mr. WaldegraveVisibility impairment is one of several consequences of photochemical activity in the atmosphere. These consequences are best considered as a whole. An expert group is being set up to review the evidence about the problem, both in the United Kingdom and elsewhere, and the current relevant research, including that covered in my Department's own programme. I expect the group to report in two years' time.
