§ 55. Mr. Teddy Taylorasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many representations he has received about the decision of the European Court of Human Rights on Her Majesty's Government's immigration rules; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. WaddingtonWe had received at 2 July about 125 written representations arising out of the Court's decision, the great majority in favour of maintaining firm immigration control.
