§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what progress has been made with the review of the organisation and funding of agricultural research and development and advisory services in Scotland.
Mr. MacKayComments on the consultation paper "A Strategy for Agricultural Research and Development" prepared by the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries for Scotland are currently being received and considered. A further consultation paper on the advisory services will be issued at a later date.
