§ Mrs. Beckettasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what the estimated savings will be as a result of the proposal in the housing benefit review to exclude students from eligibility for housing benefit and to overhaul the student grant provision for housing cost accordingly; and if the proposed exclusion is (i) total and (ii) still allows benefit to be paid in the long vacation.
