§ Mr. RentonI refer my hon. Friend to paragraph 80 of the recent White Paper on "Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges" (Cmnd. 9497). The vice marshal of the diplomatic corps wrote on 19 April to all heads of mission about illegal parking.
