asked the Secretary of State for Education and Science (1) what is the percentage of the population in Scotland attending universities in the United Kingdom in each of the last 20 years;

(2) what is the percentage of the population in England attending universities in the United Kingdom in each of the last 20 years;

(3) what is the percentage of the population in Wales attending universities in the United Kingdom in each of the last 20 years.
