- Supplementary Benefits Act 1976 Schedule 5
- Housing (Homeless Persons) Act 1977
- National Health Service Act 1977 Schedule 8
- Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978
- Child Care Act 1980
- Foster Children Act 1980
- Mental Health Act 1983
- Public Health (Control of Disease) Act 1984
- Registered Homes Act 1984
