§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeI cannot at present give a firm date. As I explained in my reply to the right hon. Member for Stoke-on-Trent, South (Mr. Ashley) on 27 March, we need to give careful consideration to this report before we can decide whether and, if so, what further useful guidance should be given to health authorities.
