§ Mr. FletcherResponsibility for anti-dumping action under GATT on behalf of EC member states rests with the EC Commission. We have not been informed of any request for such action against imports of Japanese computers and computer components, but if the United6W Kingdom industry believes that it is being damaged by such dumped imports, we would press the Commission to give any request urgent and sympathetic consideration.
