§ Mr. Mellor[pursuant to his reply, 20 December 1984, c. 291]: The correct figures for the prisoners segregated at Birmingham prison during November 1984 were 15 under Prison Rule 43 for their own protection and 10 under the same rule in the interests of good order and discipline.
