§ Mrs. ChalkerI will, of course, answer questions on all functions of London Regional Transport which fall within my ministerial responsibilities. In accordance with the normal practice governing ministerial responsibility for nationalised industries, this excludes matters relating to the day-to-day management of the industry. There may also be matters of commercial confidence which it would not be appropriate for me to make public.
