§ Mr. LuceMembers of the Asia Committee of the British Refugee Council called on me on 22 January. We had a wide-ranging discussion about the question of Vietnamese refugees, in particular matters relating to those refugees who are currently in Hong Kong awaiting resettlement, and ways in which this problem might be resolved.
