§ Mr. John MacKayNo. In accordance with procedures laid down in Government accounting there can206W be no postponement of payment sought by a grantee to a subsequent financial year. In cases where a grant is approved in one financial year but the grantee seeks payment in any subsequent year, then, in accord with Government accounting, the payment must be honoured within the financial year in which the payment demand is made by the grantee.
