§ Mr. Butcher[pursuant to the reply, 28 January 1985, c. 46]: It is clear that some shipyards are more fully occupied than others. However, capacity depends on a number of factors, including present work force, availability of further labour and the availability of physical assets. There is, therefore, no precise measure and accordingly no reliable statistics.
