§ Mr. DunnNew draft instruments—which, rather than articles, are the documents in question—providing for the reconstitution of governing bodies under the Education Act 1980 have been issued in respect of schools in the Roman Catholic diocese of Southwark for the formal consultation required under section 17(5) of the Education Act 1944. Drafts for schools in the Church of England diocese will issue very shortly. The date on which the final documents will be made depends on the response to these consultations.
