The terms of reference of both these Committees were set out in the conclusions of the Fontainebleau European Council, copies of which have been deposited in the Library of the House.
§ Mr. Spearingasked the Prime Minister what recommendations or proposals for legislation have been 196W made by the Heads of Government working groups of the European Economic Community; and to whom any such proposals or suggestions are made.
§ The Prime MinisterNone. A number of ideas for the future development of the Community were contained in the Committees' interim reports, which are available in the Library of the House. The committees are to submit final reports to the European Council this year. Heads of Government will consider the reports in detail in June.
