§ Mr. Ridley[pursuant to his reply, 28 January 1985, c. 15]: I expect the chief inspecting Officer's annual report to be published before the end of September. I cannot give a precise date for its publication, but I shall ensure that a copy of the report is made available to my hon. Friend as soon as it is published.
