§ The Prime MinisterAt my meeting with the French President on 30 November 1984 we agreed that the joint working group should pursue its work with real urgency and submit its report within three months. I have nothing to add to the joint statement we made on that occasion, in which we welcomed and endorsed the terms of the communiqué issued on 15 November 1984 by the Transport Ministers of the two countries.
