(2) what was the total number of road deaths in Scotland during 1984; and if he will give a breakdown of the figure;
(3) how many motorists who died during 1984 in road traffic accidents in Scotland and who were either drivers or front seat passengers would appear not to have been wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
