§ Mr. Maginnisasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will take the necessary steps to sustain the full fabric of its society for the Protestant community in areas close to the frontier with the Irish Republic where the Irish Republican Army's campaign to murder Protestants has disadvantaged it.
