Mr. Maginnis

asked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) how many rear seat passengers were killed in road traffic accidents in Wales during 1984;

(2) what was the total number of road deaths in Wales during 1984; and if he will give a breakdown of this figure;

(3) how many motorists who died during 1984 in road traffic accidents in Wales and who were either drivers or front seat passengers would appear not to have been wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
