§ Mr. Bodyasked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food whether he will give the list of organisations to which were sent, by his Department, copies of the two papers "Pesticides Legislation: Outline of Proposals" and "Pesticides Legislation: Explanatory Notes".
§ Mrs. FennerThe documents referred to by my hon. Friend were circulated widely to organisations and individuals concerned in or about the manufacture, distribution and use of pesticides including environmental and consumer interests. I will arrange for a copy of the consultation list to be placed in the Library of the House and for a copy to be sent to my hon. Friend for his information.
