§ Mr. Frank Fieldasked the Attorney-General when the Government intend to implement section 3 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984.
§ The Attorney-GeneralSection 3 of the Act came into force on 12 October 1984. If the hon. Member intended to refer to part III of the Act, it is intended to bring that part into force in July.
