§ Mr. RaisonI have decided to give £1 million to the 1985 Africa Appeal of the League of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies; £1 million to the Africa Emergency Appeal of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees for use in the Sudan; £1 million to the High Commissioner's 1985 programme for Afghan refugees in Pakistan; and £2 million to the 1985 Africa General Appeal of the International Committee of the Red Cross, to allow it to continue and extend its work in Ethiopia.
